We're starting feel "settled". It finally feels like we're home, not just living in someone's home. We've found a nice church and are becoming friends with the pastor and his wife who happen to have a son Xander's age-hooray! I joined MOPS and started hanging out with the "Adventure Moms" in Bangor-a fun group of moms and kids who go to the park and take a short hike each week plus some other fun adventures. I met a really sweet gal through the group and she invited us to join a small group-which is something we were hoping to find. I didn't think it'd be so easy. God is so good. Jory is really enjoying his job. The leaves are starting to turn red and the air is cooling down. We are excited to see the beautiful colors of fall.
Two things that make me smile:
1) My mom and sister are coming to visit and will arrive Saturday!
2) Caden's prayer tonight: "Jesus, thank you, chocolate...cheese...carseat...Xander...Amen"
